High buttocks are not always achieved by simply increasing muscle tone.
Working only on the tone of the glutes often fails to also lift them. Because often the position of the buttocks is determined by the entire body structure and its organization.
A useful aspect to check could be the push of the big toe during walking or a take-off exercise.
We try to recall these situations:

Let’s think about their body position and the dynamics of their gait.
We can easily observe the different position of the buttocks: in the sprinter, in the athlete and in the child the buttocks are higher and less projected downwards.
This difference is attributable to the way the foot is pushed. The more the foot push also involves the big toe, the higher and more aesthetic your buttocks will be.
Stand up. To better concentrate on the exercise let’s place ourselves near a support (a wall, a chair, etc.).
Now let’s take a small step back. We’ll work on foot that is back.

Maintaining this position, we simulate the push of the foot as in the a step.
The heel lifts off the ground, then the arch of the foot and finally we remain supported only on the toes.
Then we go back by placing our foot again.
We repeat this movement about ten times, trying to complement the push of the foot with the push of the big toe.
We also try to slow down the movement, so we can focus more on the push of the big toe.

Get to push the big toe until we are resting only on it. This action can make the body unstable, for this reason it is useful to have a support nearby.
Now let’s try a short walk. Feel how the trained foot creates a more complete thrust on our walk.
If place our hands on our buttocks while walking, we feel how the buttock corresponding to the trained foot is more active than the other, and in a higher position.
If we want to turn a mindfulness exercise into a workout, repeat the exercise for the other foot and try walking for a few minutes.
Match this awareness exercise with the one indicated in the post “How to improve your run in just a minute” for a more complete ride.
