Is awareness primarily a physical or mental state?
Language often constricts the flow of thought: it’s helpful to remember that your body’s movements are an expression of the mind.
Paying attention to how we move, minding execution, engages both our physical (muscles, bones, etc.) and mental faculties (thinking, willpower, consciousness, etc.). By becoming aware of our movements, we can better focus our minds on achieving our goals.
We propose the concept of using posture as a tool to bridge mind and body, improving our overall potential.
